Orders will be dispatched in 5 to 7 working days, while we take every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. If the requested items or goods are out of stock, we can offer a refund (Please refer to the return & refund policy) or we’ll dispatch the item as soon as physical stock is received. If you prefer not to wait you can request a refund on unavailable and undelivered items, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order reference number. At times, we will keep delivering partial items and the remaining items until the order is completed.
Please Note: On some occasions, for example during the public holidays, there may be a slight delay in processing time. Your business is important to us, and we make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible.
Please Note: We honour the orders as received and can only send the items that are ordered online. Exchange requests can be made at the retail store.

We use the different local and own carriers to deliver our orders:
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
