All orders are shipped within 5 – 7 working days from Saturday – Thursday 10am – 5pm. If the item ordered are out of stock we can issue a refund or we’ll dispatch the item as soon as physical stocks are received. If you prefer not to wait you can request a refund on unavailable and undelivered items, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order reference number.
Please Note: On some occasions, for example during the public holidays, there may be a slight delay in processing time. Your business is important to us, and we make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible.
Please Note: All school portals are recognized individually. The seperate delivery charge will be applicable to customers ordering from two different school portals but delivery to one location.
Please Note: We honour the orders as received and can only send the items that are ordered online. Exchange requests can be made at the retail store.
We accept AED and USD for online card purchases on our website. Due to some restrictions, non UAE online purchases are processed only in USD.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
